7pm “New Mind for a New World”-  Dorothy Bell

In 1890, H.P.Blavatsky signed off her letter to the American Convention with,

“May Theosophy grow more and more a living power in the lives of each one of our members... is the wish of your humble co-worker and fellow member.”

Each of us is working through individual life plans - the world being but a stage for our soul’s agenda and our spiritual growth. We are all where we need to be. To make Theosophy relevant and ‘a living power’ in our lives we need tools from the Wisdom teachings (see Buderim March 27th) and tools from psychology to understand our blockages, emotional reactions and how our conditioned minds operate against our true purpose. We need tools from both to work on becoming ‘who we already are’, to change our negativity into a higher vibration when reacting to the problems and issues of daily life.  All of this works towards the creation of a new mind

7pm March discussion evening – Raja Yoga – chaired by Carmen French

Raja Yoga is known in India as ‘the Royal road to re- integration..                                                                                        Unlike most experiments in the natural sciences, those of Raja Yoga are on one’s self, not external nature. ‘The approach calls for a strong suspicion that our true selves are more than we now realize and a passion to plumb to their full extent’ - ultimately leading to the experience and  discovery of the meaning of the words – “Thou art That”
