At some point in our lives, we begin to become aware of a deeper level within us which we may not have noticed previously. Know thyself/self-discovery plays an important role in many traditions. Understanding the process of our own personal growth and awakening, clarifies and enables us to see what is in front of us, our way ahead, and, in so doing, make better choices for ourselves and for the world. Come and explore these fascinating images, the Ox-Herding Pictures, reflect on them and welcome what they bring to you
