Please arrive early from 5.30pm onwards for a 5.45pm sharp start when the doors will be closed until the meeting is completed. This will be followed by our regular meeting at 7pm when the new Committee for 2015 will be introduced and some members of the present Committee farewelled. Please note:- to nominate for Committee positions requires members to have been paid members in good standing for 2 years and of course members only are eligible to nominate, vote and attend the AGM meeting As this will be our final night for the year a supper, review and celebration will follow the AGM at approximately 7pm. |
